Polyester Fibre Descprition
Bangneng polyester fiber is the new material researched and produced in order to enhance the anti fracture of asphalt concrete, it adopts 100% polyester synthetic material, monofilament synthetic fiber through the unique craft processing, has the advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, strong chemical stability, and strong bondability with asphalt. It can forms large number of three-dimensional distribution of fiber monofilament when adding in the asphalt concrete after mixing, play an role of reinforcement and bridging, in order to effectively improve the mechanical properties of asphalt concrete amd prevent cracking of asphalt concrete.
Application scope of polyester fibre.
1, Bridge Engineering: pavement layer, expansion joints, beams, piers, thin wall and so on.
2, Road works: pavement, thin wall, anti-collision wall, parking surface of gas station and toll station.
3, Water port project: Port Wharf pavement, concrete surface of rock fill dam, spillway, aqueduct etc.
4, Construction project: basement, transfer beam, column, floor, internal and external wall mortar, putty, industrial flooring, swimming pools etc.
5, Subway tunnel engineering: anchor support, lining concrete, pillow track etc.
6, Airport project:Road,parking apron.
7,Concrete: Cement precast slab, concrete pipe, wire rod, pile head, concrete cover and so on.
Addition amount of polyester.
1, In general, concrete fiber content is 1 kg per cubic meter, specific requirement refer to the design.
2, In the application of asphalt concrete, according to the traffic flow to choose the amount of admixture, the general dosage is 2 kg per ton of asphalt mixture.
